Please note that all information sent through this form becomes the sole property of myself. By sending information through this form you relinquish any and all rights to the information sent. You get to keep your name and email address, but you give me the right to use those as I see fit. I can use the information sent to me in any way I see fit including but not limited to; advertising, mocking, public discourse, public disclosure, asking for tits, telling you to get the fuck out, and many other embarrassing and unneeded ways of humiliation.
I will not, however, sell your information to a third-party. I will not sell your name or email address to an advertiser, mailing list, or any of those other soulless assholes found around the net. If, by some odd happenstance, you decide to send me something noting illegal activity then yeah, I am giving your information out. I am giving it to the public at large as well as to any authorities such as your local Police Department, the FBI, or Homeland Security depending upon the nature of the illegal activity.

PODCAST LEGAL
The following is in plain English as that is how I like to talk. All the rules above apply to the podcast stuff except that if you submit a piece of music directly to us you still retain all copyrights. We will not use your music without express written permission. If you wish to donate your music to us and waive any and all future copyrights and/or royalties please state so in your message.
If you wish to submit your music for use on our podcast please be aware of the following rules:
- Please be 18 or older. If you are under 18 please have a parent, guardian, or some legal counsel/agent/manager contact us. We need people who can legally enter into a binding agreement to let us use your music royalty free.
- Please have any and all legal rights and copyrights to the music you want promoted in our podcast. As much as we love fans letting people know of great music they found, we need the artist’s/record label’s permission to use their music.
- We reserve the right to reject any artist/band/music for any reason we see fit. We need music badly but not bad enough to have hate speech or condoning acts of violence against kids. Common sense prevails on this one.
- We reserve the right to edit any music as we see fit. This includes but is not limited to: editing for use as beds (no lyrics), content (which will probably never happen) and time.
- If you want prominent placement of your music that overrides our personal selection process (but does not negate our rejection rights) you are going to want advertising. That costs money and has to follow a different set of rules thanks to the U.S. FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Contact us through this page by choosing “Podcast – Advertising” for more information.
- We reserve the right to add to or adjust these rules any time we see fit without notification. Hey, sometimes people are dicks and ruin it for everyone else. Everything is a live and learn process, unfortunately some people never learn and we wish they would stop living. So if something changes and we have to be more strict about stuff blame the dick who made that change happen. Don’t worry; you’ll know who it is.
